BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Scheduled Cruises (Booking Terms) In the case of Cancellations announced by the company due to poor sea conditions, the customer is entitled to a full refund or open ticket Cancellations made by the customer with more than twenty-four (24) hours notice given are entitled to a full refund or open ticket. Cancellations made by the customer due to unforeseen circumstances less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, are entitled to an open ticket. Cancellations made by the customer with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice, are void. Private Charters (Booking Terms) A non-refundable holding fee / deposit of $500 is required to confirm booking. Full payment and confirmation of guest numbers is required two (2) weeks prior to cruise date. In the case of Cancellations announced by the company due to poor sea conditions, the customer is entitled to a full refund or to reschedule the cruise at no extra charge. Cancellations made by the customer more than three (3) weeks prior to departure date, the customer is entitled to a refund of payment less a non-refundable holding deposit of five hundred (500) dollars. Cruises may be rescheduled if three (3) weeks or more notice is given with no penalty. Cancellations made by the customer less than three (3) weeks but more than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the departure date, the customer is entitled to a refund less a non-refundable holding fee of five hundred (500) dollars plus fifty percent (50%) of the total payment. If cruises are rescheduled at less than three (3) weeks notice, a fee of five hundred of five hundred (500) dollars will be charged. Cancellations made by the customer less than twenty-four (24) hours notice are not entitled to any refund of payment. Our minimum guest number is 25 (30 during Nov/Dec on Fri/Sat/Sun). If less than this number attends the minimum must be paid for. General Conditions Unless arranged prior, all cruises depart and return from Lee Wharf on Honeysuckle Drive NOVA Cruises vessel "Bay Connections 1" is fully licensed (no BYO), All staff and crew are trained in and enforce the Responsible Service of Alcohol and our House Policy At the discretion of the Vessel's Master and Owner cruises may be terminated or passengers removed from vessel due to antisocial or drunken disorderly behavior The Owners and Crew of "Bay Connections 1" and "NOVA Cruises" take all care but accept no responsibility for injury to persons or for loss of personal property however caused NOVA cruises reserves the right to cancel ocean going cruises due to unfavorable weather and sea conditions
